Current Updated Salon Policy for Covid-19 Pandemic

  • Cancelling due to fever or feeling unwell, due to Government Guidelines you will not be permit into the salon without temperature being checked, so it is advised to not attend your appointment, this will impact our appointments as there are limited staff and booking availabilities, you will be advice to not rebook for at least 14days, due to your symptoms. If you have recurring feelings of being unwell, we advise to call and see if we have availabilities on the day instead of scheduling appointments to avoid disappointment to both parties.
  • Late to appointment will not be tolerated if you are 10-15mins late your appointment will be cancelled due to cleaning between clients this will limit our time.
  • Please do not turn up early to appointment as you will not be permitted until your therapist temperature checks you before entry.
  • Please bring your Health Questionnaire with you.
  • Card Payments are advised but we understand cash may be your only option. We ask you bring the correct amount for your appointment as this will be placed in an envelope.
  • We do not advise booking your next appointments at your current appointment but email or book future appointments via our Fresha App.
  • Products can be ordered and an appointment for collect will need to be made as there will be no walk in permitted.
  • Any Patch tests will require a booking slot either first thing or last of the days. No walk in permitted.
  • We ask you bring a face mask with you to your appointment as a protect for both yourself and staff.
  • Vouchers due to Covid-19 lockdown will be discussed with the salon owner and will be at her discretion.
  • Any vouchers purchased for massage can we used towards another treatment to the same value, due to us not being permitted to carry out massage in Government guideline, otherwise you will be able to put your voucher  on account for when we are permitted to carry massage treatments out safely. No refunds will be granted.
  • Attend appointments alone
  • Please only bring a small bag if necessary.
  • Any mobile phones we ask unless its important please keep this in your bag and refrain from using them.
