Our Policies

POSH POLICY
Cancellations, please give 48 hours notice. No shows will result in 100% booking fee. Any treatment over 90 minutes will require a 50% booking fee. If you cancel on the day with less than 3hrs notice this will be classed as a no-show as this limits the therapist's time to fill the appointment.

Any appointments 1hr 30mins or more will require a 50% deposit this will be required depending on treatment or consultant you are booked with.

Treatment Course bookings can not be offset against No shows or cancellation policies.
Cancellation fees are set when confirming your appointment with our strict cancellation policy with Fresha.

Booking cancellation fees are non-refundable and not transferable.

IF YOU CANCEL OR FAIL TO SHOW UP 3 TIMES, OR YOU REPEATEDLY REARRANGE APPOINTMENTS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY A DEPOSIT. FAILING THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL FUTURE BOOKINGS.

FAILURE TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE WILL RESULT IN NO MORE FUTURE BOOKINGS BEING TAKEN AT POSH NAIL AND BEAUTY.

CHILDREN

We do not hold a licence for children in the salon so our insurance does not cover us or yourself to bring your children to the salon, this is due to health and safety as well as the other customers who choose to not attend a salon with children.

If you bring your children with you this will result in a penalty added to your bill. Alternatively, you must rearrange your appointment within the 48-hour cancellation policy.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Please confirm the appointment schedule via Fresha, this is to notify the salon you will be attending your appointments. If your appointment is not confirmed within 48hrs of booking your appointment will be cancelled and offered to other waiting customers, due to the high requests for appointments.

You will not be charged for confirming an appointment this just confirms an appointment. Payment is taken once you attend. On confirmation, a consultation card will also be required for you to complete. If you do not confirm your appointment a £10 booking fee will be required for each appointment you book.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please be aware we have a scheduled time set for each appointment within our working day. We have allowed a 15-minute pass on late arrivals in the past as this is now creating a problem for our busy diary and with that, we are having to compensate clients for your late arrival, so if you are later than your scheduled time on a repeating basis you will incur a 10% later fee on your scheduled appointments to allow compensation for the client after you.

OUT OF HOURS CONVENIENCE APPOINTMENTS

The salon has set opening and closing times, If your therapist can not accommodate your schedule we can create a convenient time slot, this will incur a 20% convenience fee payable on your appointment.

ACCOMMODATION FEE

If your therapist accommodates you out of hours, and you cancel there will be a % fee added to your next appointment to allow for your therapist's personal/childcare commitments.

T&C will apply. There will be a goodwill allowance for each case. This is at the owners' discretion.

If you are feeling unwell, showing COVID symptoms or think you may have been exposed to COVID, you may still attend your appointment but please ensure you inform the salon and wear a mask.

If you are a new client, please arrive 10mins prior to your appointment for consultation. We regret we cannot extend your time should you arrive late and you will be charged for the appointment booking.

Please note all our treatment times are approximate and may include allocation for changing of the rooms.

VOUCHERS
Vouchers with a value of £50 or below are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Vouchers with a value over £50 are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Expiry dates are shown on the voucher.

Expired voucher: As a goodwill gesture we will accept vouchers up to one week past their expiry date, then there will be a charge per week to extend to a longer date. Any extensions are solely at the discretion of the salon owner.

We are a small business so we are unable to hold a long date for our vouchers.

TRANQUILITY
We ask all our Posh clients to respect the privacy and relaxation of others and refrain from loud mobile phones and to keep little Posh clients quiet.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept banking and credit cards, as well as cash payments. No American Express.

DECEMBER

Our usual cancellation policy changes during December (1st-31st December).

We require 50% deposit to secure your appointment, for ALL treatments. If this payment has not been secured the appointment will be cancelled.

However, we understand that things can come up unexpectedly at this time of year, so we will allow you to cancel without penalty (we will honour your deposit fee in the new year) as long as we are able to fill your cancelled slot.

This includes appointments rearranged within December.

(Confirmation via the app is taken as your 50% Deposit, resulting in the charge to the card set with your account.)
